Responsibilities:
· Work through the Management Team to lead the development and implementation of the site LEAN strategy, actions and cross functional activities
· Champion and provide site LEAN training, including KAIZEN events
· Conduct LEAN assessments to identify performance gaps. Work through the Management Team to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps
· Work through the Management Team to lead site continuous improvement team and corporate LEAN initiatives and reporting
· Plan and monitor of all Lean related expense and savings within the site.

Requirements:
· University Degree in Manufacturing, preferable Lean Master,
· At least 5yrs in Lean Project related experience, Rich experience in Operations or Product Engineering experience in manufacturing environment
· Multiple years of related professional and Supervisory/Managerial experience, preferably in production/process/manufacturing engineering
· Proven capability to lead change in a team environment
· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects/activities across multiple sites
· Experience as a trainer and mentor
· Demonstrated skills in oral communications and presentations
· Ability to lead, direct and supervise personnel effectively, to maintain discipline, exercise sound judgment and cooperation with all personnel of all levels
· Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
· Good business English communication skills
