1.Answering of facility hotline work request and liaising with customer on the outcome and progress of work request.

2.Record, despatch and tracking of work orders according to pre-aligned company process.

3.Ensure WO and PM record are properly recorded in Maximo system.

4.Tabulation and generate of WO reports on a daily basis.
每天制作并输出工单报告

Requirements,

Middle school / College educational background.

Good communication skills with strong client focus and excellent customer service.
