岗位职责：
1）收取物业管理巡楼报告及每天之投诉记录并交给上级审阅；
2）定期对物业清洁、绿化进行监察协调；
3）监管下属员工的日常运作及工作安排，并对下属员工的违纪行为提出处理建议；
4）遇有紧急事故，处理善后工作并向上级汇报；
5）负责办理用户的入场、退场手续以及装修手续；
6）监督装修承包商在装修过程中的工作；
7）接受及处理租户投诉，并予记录，及时向上级报告；
8）负责追收租金、物业管理费等各类费用之工作；
9）每月统计租户水电费的缴纳情况并在每月提交给财务部。
10）记录物业管理日常工作；
11）处理突发事件并向上级汇报处理结果；
12）协助上级定期整理物业之租户资料；
13）执行上级所指派之工作；
14）熟悉本部门各项管理制度、收费标准及其构成、租户情况等；
15）负责装修档案，租户档案、物业部文书档案的管理；
16）负责物业未出租单元的钥匙管理工作；
17）负责准时向租户派发各种费用的交费通知单；
18）负责定期对服务质量进行统计。

任职要求：：
1）本科或以上学历，物业管理或相关专业；
2）具有物业管理相关证书；
3）五年以上物业管理工作经验，其中至少两年以上任大型商场物业主任一职；
4）国、粤语流利，会基本的英语；
5）有较强的责任心、客户服务意识及团队合作精神，善于与人沟通；
6）熟悉国家法律法规；
7）熟悉办公软件的使用。
