Property Development
Conduct research for potential properties based on city mapping and collect all available sites info, assessing them in each areas
Introduce Costa Brand to potential clients and landlord
Take part in negotiation with landlord of terms and conditions related to lease contract
Check and follow up the contracts with landlord
Keep good communication and relationship with landlord and business partners, visit them from time to time and get latest property info
Accomplish task from leads on time
Coordinate between property and construction
Accomplish new site introduce document,arrange site check and follow up the FS
Organize property handover meeting to confirm all the fit-out conditions
Accompany construction team to measure the site and coordinate between landlord and construction team for fit-out condition
Chase landlord the necessary documents for PR manager to handle business license, food license etc
