主要职责：

1、负责公司所有的房屋及土地资源的确权、建档工作。

2、负责审查施工设计文件，图纸及其它工程项目的技术资料，并提出初步意见。

3、根据基建或技改、大修项目所提供的技术资料，主持或配合有关专业制定施工方案，编制作业进度计划，付之实施。

4、组织参加项目开工前设计单位与施工单位的技术交底并做好项目实施中的双方联络。

5、负责项目施工管理、检查工程质量和进度，及时联系回报并解决现场发生的各种问题。

6、积累、整理有关施工资料，组成完整的技术档案，待项目结束后存档。

7、完成其他工作事宜。

岗位要求：

1、建筑工程类相关专业（全日制）专科及以上学历，熟练编制项目预决算。
2、有工厂建设项目改建、维修经验优先考虑。
3、具有良好的组织、沟通及协调能力。

4、工作积极认真，为人诚恳。

5、熟练使用Autocad ,office等相关软件。
