Responsibility:
? Involve and support NPI phase to help improve the test coverage in NPI build.
? Support NPI build by on site troubleshooting and failure analysis.
? Involve test process and solution implementation for each product in EMS factories.
? Collect and analyze test data for further improvement in EMS factory.
? Monitor EMS factory manufacturing test process and perform on site troubleshooting.
? Maintain and improve test fixtures.
? Take the lead role in tester failure analysis in EMS factories.
? Improve manufacturing test yield.
? Verify and report test ECO implementation in EMS factories.

Qualification:
Education:
? Bachelor's Degree or above in computer science, electronic or automation engineering or equivalent.
Language:
? Excellent English skills in written, reading and verbal.

Working Experiences
? At least 3~5 years of experience in manufacturing test system integration, installation and maintenance as well as test solution development for computer, server, video and voice products, such as IP phone.
? Familiar with electronic manufacturing process.
Hard skills as a Must:

? 3~5 years working experience in NI equipments and Labview test system area.
? Have tester trouble shooting methodology.
? Know how to deploy TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) in factory.
? Familiar with SPC, Gage R&R and 6-Sigma knowledge for test data analysis and problem solving---Test data driven and target oriented.
? Have test experience in ICT, FCT, FST and AST system solution integration.
? Be good at skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hard skills as a Strong Plus:
? Working experience and skill on VB, VC or JAVA is plus.
Hard skills as a Nice to have:
? EMS factory test management.
Soft Skills:
? A real team player and driver with interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional organization.
? Able to effectively plan and prioritize multi tasks.
