Responsibility
Sales Support Administration
1. Supervisor Sales support administration team for contract preparation, ordering form and discount table for approval
process by working with sales, dealers and different internal functions.
2. Provide tracking reports related to sales funnel /pipeline/forecast/orders to support sales directors on business review
Order Management:
3. Proactively Manage Customer Order Fulfillment Process to deliver customer requirements on time while utilizing resources and leveraging technology effectively.
4. Manage business analysis including sales order forecast, backlog, incentive calculation etc. to meet different requirements
5. Demonstrated leadership skills to manage from Customer Order to Cash process
People Management:
1.Perform people management role include performance review, measurement & metrics set up etc.
2.Develop individual training program & succession plan to improve both skill and competency.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Professional Experience
?More than 8 years solid working experience on sales operations,?at least 3 years’ team management experience?in MNC
Education
Bachelor's degree in logistics or international business or related.
Language
Good language skills in Mandarin and English.
PERSONAL TRAIT PROFILE
? Strong knowledge and experience in SAP system/KPI implementation
? Strong knowledge and experience in Order to cash process, Inventory Control, Customer
Service, Warehouse Management and Purchasing Supply Chain Management.
? Strong in problem Identification, solution skill and analytical skills
? Strong project management, organizational and presentation skill
? Good communication skills internally and externally
? Strong leadership
