Job Responsibility:

Market Intelligence
– Develop market analysis to track industry, technology and competitiveness trend
– Identify and articulate new market opportunities to support leadership to penetrate into local markets
– Act as a liaison with global marketing team to contribute Asia Pacific market expertise
– Develop monthly and quarterly market and business intelligence reporting (key market indicators)
– Provide regional business analysis and metrics as needed by leadership
Strategic Planning
– Conduct external and internal analysis to identify target market segments
– Develop and refine long-term business growth strategies and key initiatives for the identified market segments
– Partner with both leadership and multiple functions to ensure the execution of long-term strategies
– Coordinate actions that drive business strategies execution, including sales plans, marketing strategies, leadership communications, etc.
– Highlight gaps between strategy and execution, and provide guidance on corrective actions to ensure profitable growth
Merger & Acquisition
– Partner with leadership to identify the target segment for merger & acquisition opportunities
– Identify potential acquisition targets within the region and recommend final candidates
– Perform initial commercial due diligence
– Buildup a replicable methodology on merger & acquisition

Job Requirement:

Master's degree in business or management, e.g. MBA
5+ yrs experience in strategic marketing. Experience in consulting preferred.
Strategic vision capability with a balanced detail orientation, and excellent project management skills.
Ability to work effectively across levels, functions and cultures.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, graphics and database management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation skills.
Customer facing ability and experience.
