任职资格：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业背景；
2. 2年以上公司内部CRM/SALESFORCE实施或管理经验
3. CET-6，英语听说读写熟练，工作主动积极，有很强的沟通协调和组织能力；
5. 有6S 培训经历或者具备相关级别证书者优先。
5. 具备salesforce相关产品知识及经验者优先。

Responsibility
1. Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of CRM system projects and initiatives;
2. Responsible for analyzing end-to-end business processes, whilst looking for opportunities to improve or re-engineer processes and consolidate multiple systems in use via recommendations to the management;
3. Ensure that CRM system is fully utilized through identifying enhancements and future capabilities;
4. Work closely with various business owners (sales/marketing/finance/operations) to identify project scope and development methods; responsible for product development process until delivery;
5. Develop, implement and deliver required training to enable maximum effectiveness and CRM system user utilization;
6. Identify, develop, promote and improve processes, systems and reports as required to operate at maximum efficiency and consistency

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree, with a major in Computer science, Information Technology or related field of study; Interested in technology and system development;
2. Know well of 6-sigma, better be a black belt or at least green belt 6-sigma certified; Thorough understanding of organizational processes and strategies;
3. CET-6 or above, Strong oral and written English skills, strong analytical and implementation abilities;
4. Ability to work in an unsupervised manner with a creative flair for identifying and implementing the right solutions;
5. Knowledge and understanding of salesforce.com products or similar is a plus; salesforce administration or operation experience is a plus.
