(TA CoE should use resources across to support bus. needs whichever sector/bus.)
Recruiter : TA Manager
Position Summary:
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the Ingersoll Rand’s Corporate Offices and Enterprise Services by partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide world class, full cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the organization in a timely and cost effective manner. You will have full responsibility for candidate sourcing, phone screening, assessment, interviewing, and managing the offer and hiring processes.
Position Responsibilities:
? Partner with HR and Hiring Leaders to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process management
? Based on the confirmed position profiles and postings that are thorough and attractive to potential candidates
? Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidate tracking and status updates in the Hiring Management System, Hodes iQ
? Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
? Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.)
? Conduct in person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview feedback session; provide follow up on interview as necessary
? Partner closely with HR and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process including: offer formulation, recommendation, and approval process; extension of verbal offer; offer acceptance and new hire start process
? Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
? Continuously improve centralized Talent Acquisition process to meet the needs of the Territory; maintain and support regular candidate activity and status reports
? Proactively participate the TA project if necessary
? According to TA KPI to deliver the TA result
? Be trusted TA advisor to provide the TA consultancy to Hiring Managers and HR partners
? Be familiar with the job market and talent market to provide the TA consultancy to Hiring Managers and HR partners to be the trusted TA advisor
Percentage of Travel:10%
Min. Direct Related Years of TA Working Experience:5
Education Standard: Bachelors
Education Type: Business, Human Resources, or related field
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required
? A minimum of 5 years in recruiting or related field; large industrial manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organization preferred
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Customer oriented mind set
A combination of direct hire search experience with a third-party recruiter and corporate recruiting experience is preferred
? Demonstrated capability in providing candidate assessments and conducting in person interviews is required
? Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
? Must have direct experience in utilizing Hiring Management Systems
? Excellent collaboration and relationship /rapport building skills are required
? Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written in bilingual language) are a must
? Strong work ethic is a must
? Energetic, self- motivate with resilience
? Process and result driven
? Good team player
