Position Purpose:
Overall responsible for plant daily operations, including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, planning, quality, EHS, facility and equipment functions, coordinate with R&D Center, SCM, Sales, Finance and HR to achieve plant P&L objectives.

Job Description:
Manage plant day-to-day manufacturing operations by overseeing Manufacturing, Production scheduling, Quality, EHS, Process/Manufacturing Engineering, Facility and Maintenance etc., ensure manufacturing takes place in a timely and efficient way within established quality standards.
Design, recommend and implement manufacturing operation policies and process in line with the overall business plan.
Direct and coordinate plant operation activities to optimize the quality, efficiency and safety of the plant operation, ensure Safety and 5S standard application on site.
Drive, facilitate and lead in plant continuous improvement activities to achieve world class manufacturing excellence, ensure to achieve plant manufacturing productivity 5% improvement year over year objectives.
Lead plant team building and people development with coaching, training, motivation, supporting employees to achieve their career development.
Communicate, coordinate and maintain regular interaction with customers, suppliers, authorities, inter-group company and internal departments for manufacturing relevant issues and better understand the customers and customer demands, effectively support Asia Pacific business strategies.
Performs administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the plant.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
At least 10 years working experience in multi-national company, 3 year manufacturing management experience is required;
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus;
Ability to empower the workforce and build strong manufacturing operation team through hiring, developing, evaluating, training, and coaching;
Excellent communication skill and problem solving, inter-personal skills
Result oriented, strong business acumen and a team player, self- motivated;
