Main Purpose of the job:
Keep closely eyes on customers request, negotiate the trading term, ECR, and support to report quality problem analysis to customer to be a bridge to forward internal department as PC&L, Quality, ME to complete customer’s order. Creat a friendly relationship with customers, To deal with the disputes to reach the optimum agreement, to keep the SOP project or new project forward smoothly. Attention the competitor’s actions to ensure grasp the valuable information.
1. In association with, Plant Team, Costing, Productivity Expert, etc..., apply the Group standards (Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System) in order to ensure the commercial viability of a program during series production
2. Ensure permanent contact with various customer departments, including involving Faurecia teams when necessary ,keep customer payment on time .
3. Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers
4. Confirm parts and tooling costs in consultation with the Sales Manager in Shanghai office and negotiate and the customer
5. Ensure that the evolution of permanent parts pricing in line with the Divisions budget
6. Validate the profitability of productivity proposals before submitting any productivity offer to the customer
7. Customer informaiton collection to help business award and acquisition.
8. Support plant manager's daily meeting , businees schedule and temporary tasks .
