Position Purpose:

The Facilities Service Assistant will be active at providing Facilities Service work for sites in Shanghai.


Position Responsibilities:

• Key interface for facilities' suppliers on payment issues;
• Responsible for new vendors setup or alterations in system / Database;
• Assist to track and manage the on site housekeeping & cleaning work;
• Assist to coordinate employee's lunch service at main campus;
• Coordinate the 3rd party's mailing and express service, portable drinking water service;
• Coordinate & book name card printing works,
• Miscellaneous car rental booking and checking service;
• Assist to track and release payment of 3 rd party's service agreement including but not limited: indoor plants rental, maintenance service, utilities & property leasing fee, etc.
• Providing inputs and supports on office working environment continuous improvement.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor degree, with prior experience in Admin. and / or facilities service work.
• Good understanding of Facilities Management & Service Process is desired.
• Fluent in English for both writing and speaking.
• Have strong customer focus concept and active service attitude
• Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with varied tasks.
• Good communicate skills internally and externally.
• Be able to work independently, requiring minimal supervision and possess strong time management skills, and have the ability to set priorities and deliver against their yearly COTs.
