Responsibiliites

• Engaging and partnering with business leaders and hiring manager to identify all their hiring needs
• To maintain visitors Create and maintain sustainable talent database for assigned functions for future talent needs
• Source, screen and engage with candidates with the professional manner to find the right quality talent for the company within the target timeline
• Keep timely follow up with both candidates and hiring manager in recruiting process
• Craft offer proposal for selected candidate with caring of both internal and external balance
• Maintain recruiting reports (i.e. recruiting cost, channels and interviews)
• Manage recruiting website
• Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service
• Take on any additional HR task as allocated

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5 years of previous human resources experience, especially focus on recruiting area in multination company
• Demonstrated great passion in talent research and talent engagement
• Service orientation and strong partnering skills
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
