我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。
因公司业务的迅猛发展，正在陆续建造新的4S店展厅，故此急聘上述职位。
Reporting Lines:
Report to: 网络发展总经理
Key Responsibilities:
1. 根据集团要求，负责土地发展部门的日常管理事务；
2. 组织开展项目前期谈判、项目用地投标、土地款缴付计划拟定等工作；
3. 建立、维护政府和合作伙伴关系；
4. 完成总经理交办的其他工作。
Job Requirements:
1. 经济、管理、房地产相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 五年以上房地产行业或汽车行业同类工作经验，有大型土地发展项目的管理经验；
3. 了解国家和相关地方土地相关法律、法规，熟悉土地出让流程和项目评估基本方法；
4. 有强的政府及行业资源或人脉关系, 强的社交能力和公关水平。
