职位描述

岗位职责:

Responsibility:
- 根据营运业务和营运部门的人员情况,参与制定人员需求
Works with operation to identify the requirement on site management
- 根据需求定期安排与地区营运总监和销售的会议。
Arranges regular meeting with RD & BD to anticipate their needs
-协助地区营运总监建立的接班人计划,建立长、短期的人力资源规划。
Participates to succession plan designing by RD and to formulate short to long term HR strategy for the region
- 负责营运部门管理人员储备库,执行人力资源相关事宜
Be accountable for Reserve pool (Site management positions) to implement reserve pool management program.
- 与地区营运总监/区域经理一起根据业务需求制定年度培训计划,以提高员工能力, 以满足营运管理的需要。
Works with RD/AM on annual training plan, in line with business needs, in order to improve capabilities to fill management needs
- 确保员工价值定位系统在各营运部门的有效执行。
Ensures that Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is well implemented and communicated on site.

任职要求:

Requirement:
- 本科及以上,5年以上人力资源全模块经验
Bachelor degree and above,5 years full function HR experience.
- 良好的服务意识,良好的团队意识
Good service spirit and team spirit.
- 良好的沟通技巧,与更好级别沟通并施加影响的能力
Good communication skills, capacity to communicate and to influence people
- 严谨,有条理,有韧劲,战略思维能力
Rigorous, organized and constancy.Strategic thinking skills
- 英语沟通能力
Communication ability in English
