POSITION DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be responsible for developing recruiting, staffing, employee relations, communications plans that supports and aligns with business needs. This position holder will also strive for driving operational excellence in related HR fields. The key objectives of this position include building strong employee branding, enhancing hiring effectiveness, driving employee engagement level whilst minimize legal risks to ensure business results delivery.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uderstand the business plan and determine the future recruitment, staffing, ER, communications needs of the company. Develop strategies that support and align with the business needs;
- Overall manage and drive operational excellence of related processes with utilized resources, high efficiency, cost effectiveness, minimized legal risks;
- Develop image building strategies to present our Client as an attractive employer in the market;
- Driving hiring efficiency with structured assessment and selection system;
- Manage good relationship with Employees as well as labor unions with effective communications and programs;
- Lead employee engagement initiative;
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations as well as internal policies;
- Manage, control and review the budget for all aspects of staffing (e.g. advertising costs, sourcing strategy, employee relations building);
- Provide related analysis per business needs to meet HQ requirements as well as support critical business decision.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field; An MBA would be viewed favorable;
- 6+ years experience working in recruiting, staffing, ER and or HR business partner in MNC, with Hands-on managerial experiences;
- Experience in commercial org is a must;
- Track record of setting up a staffing & recruitment process and system across a region;
- Effective Interpersonal and Influencing Skills;
- Execution Orientated and Performance Driven, good ability for planning, priority setting;
- Good command of English especially in writing;
- Certified DDI Targeted Selection is preferred.
