CLIENT SUMMARY
Our Client is one of the world leaders in the furniture industry.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for sales and retail operations of company-owned stores in China.
2. Ensure that store staff is properly trained in areas of selling skills, customer relations, product & brand knowledge, boutique operations and service.
3. Directly supervise retail boutique supervisors and sales associates and arrange for a smooth administration of the business.
4. Ensure that boutiques have proper visibility, decoration and are presentable at all times.
5. Review sales performance on daily basis and report on performance to Retail Manager. Identify significant trends or factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions.
6. Regularly visit all boutiques to assess both company and competitor performance as well as market development. Boutique visits include: review of boutique staff, assessment of staff skills, review of boutique furniture & assets, review of inventory, discussion of sales performance and trends, review of VIP database and customer trends, review of general mall and competitor development and review of compliance.
7. Build, maintain and develop local VIP pool aggressively.
8. Cooperate with Product Manager regarding model stock - regularly review model stock, analyze stock holding and make suggestions for updates.
9. Ensure that boutique operations manual is adhered to and followed.
10. Maintain good relationship with Department stores or mall to ensure company's best benefit will always been safeguarded.
11. Study and analyze retail environment in respective area concerning new opportunity, competitors' information and propose to the management the best strategy for the company.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. 4 year University Degree
2. Strong retail operation experience
3. Good English and Mandarin skills
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Analytical mind, good with numbers
6. Positive attitude
7. Customer oriented
8. Excellent selling skills
9. Team player
10. Must be willing to travel extensively
