Job Description (Main responsibilities):

Pls note:

• 候选人要懂金属件的工艺：至少要了解薄板焊接工艺或冲压工艺或机加工工艺或铸造工艺其中的一种
• 如果候选人以前做过制造工程师会更符合要求
• 在面试时我们会出示相应的技术图纸
• 技术背景强的候选人，英语口语放宽，但是要能读懂图纸，能用英语回复邮件。
• 高级经理是英国人，能说中文。

1.Development and follow-up of the Sub-Supplier chain together with sourcing and purchasing.
2.Give quality specifications and instructions for the machining companies and foundries as well as quality training and auditing.
3.Supplier Claim process is also part of the Supplier Quality Management.
4.Establish good communication channel with supplier.
5.Handle nonconformity reports, evaluate corrective and preventive reports and action plans, and follow up.
6.Prepare the supplier quality performance report, and lead the meeting for continual improvement of supplier quality.

Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position):

1. Suitable education is M.Sc. or B.Sc. with basics from metallurgy or foundry technology
2. At least 3 years experience in Process Engineer or Quality Engineer
3. Experience from casting and machining technology is a benefit.
4. Strongly communication and coordination skills, result and quality oriented, and team player
5. Initiative and objective
6. Be familiar with Microsoft Software
