Job Responsibilities

1. Implement ISO9001 and TS16949 Quality Management Systems.

2. Build and supervise the Quality Assurance Team including Leaders, Engineers and Technicians. Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, direct work flow, assess performance and assign duties.

3. Responsible for quality control of incoming materials, in-process and outgoing product shipment to customers, including reliability and safety testing.

4. Devise and establish quality control procedures, standards and specifications and document control.

5. Manage quality review and audit programs to ensure a proactive approach to quality assurance and audit readiness including internal, customer and supplier audits. Interact directly with customers and suppliers on regular basis.

6. Develop and implement the methods and systems required to measure the achievement of improvement project goals. Provide Operations Team with the results and when required, take corrective action to achieve & sustain goals.

7. Working location: Shanghai or Chongqing

Basic Qualifications

1. Degree in Engineering / Quality or equivalent diploma

2. 10+ years working experience in Automotive experience of multinational company

3. Solid hands-on experience to implement TS16949 and ISO9001

4. Proficient in English both oral and written
