Job Description
- To deliver the resource plans, for store in charge roles for Great China region, using credible, customer focused, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques
- To ensure that only the highest of standards are maintained whilst communicating and liaising with potential Gucci candidates, focusing on standards of the Gucci experience.
- Conduct competency based candidate interviews as well as effectively source and match candidates to positions.
- Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process. to ensure the right candidate is recruited
- Develop a resourcing strategy and cost effective solutions to enable business to meet its resourcing requirements.
- Produce monthly reports and statistics from the e-recruitment system as well as ensure KPI’s are met within the team
- Stay abreast of market trends within Resourcing and clearly understand different channels of securing talent: media, education, internships, social networking, etc.
- Set up intelligence database for China, Taiwan and Macau regions.
- Constantly improve retail recruitment process and standards
- Undertake any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Desired Skills & Experience
- In depth experience of hands-on recruitment from an in-house perspective, especially has strong knowledge of the Retail Industry
- Experience recruiting using social media
- Managed end to end recruitment processes
- Previous experience in using an on-line recruitment tool
- Strong communication skills.
- A Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure.
- High Emotional Intelligence.
- Great stakeholder management.
- Enthusiasm.
- A passion for the Brand and an understanding of 'Luxury'.
- High integrity.
- Willing to take frequent business trips
