岗位职责:

1-Vendor master and customer master maintenance. Work with various departments to gather data that is required when creating or changing vendor or customer master and keep good documentations;
供应商与客户主数据维护。接受申请在SAP中处理有关供应商和客户的创建和更改，并做好文档管理记录。
2-Site maintenance. Work with property team on store open & closure and reflect in SAP.
门店数据维护。接受立地部门的申请处理门店的开张和关张时相关数据在SAP中的维护。
3-Assortment maintenance. Work with product team to load into SAP the segmented assortments and ensure products sold in each store are correct and with correct price.
铺货数据维护。接受产品部门申请，对门店的铺货数据进行维护，确保门店的商品及其价格的准确性。
4-Label maintenance. Process product requests for description and price change for existing products and managing the re-labelling of products in SAP with the Distribution Centres.
标签数据维护。对由商品部提出的商品描述和价格更改申请而产生的对SAP中数据的更改进行操作，并与发货中心联系重新打印标签。
5.Validate the information within the system that will allow articles to be traded and manufactured, cost, shipped properly
确保输入系统的数据的准确性和完整性。
6-Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

-Fresh Graduates are welcomed with good English and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and skills:
知识技能要求
-Fluent Oral and Written English with CET-6 or above;
-Good interpersonal and communication skill;
-Fast learner and willing to learn;
-Logical thinking and detail oriented;
-Customer oriented;
-Fluent in using MS software especially (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) is a plus

Education:

-University Graduates (Fresh Graduates are welcomed);
-Major is not limited but good English skill is a must
