I. Duties and Responsibility：工作责任
1. Make operation and sales plan for all ecom platforms and manage the outsourcing company on plan implementation according to marketing and sales strategy.
根据公司的市场和销售策略，负责所有电商平台整体运营及销售计划，指导并管理外包公司按计划执行

2. Make promotion plan and activities, increase the click rate, uv and conversion rate of stores and complete the sales and operation targets.
组织策划推广计划、促销活动，提高店铺点击率、浏览IP量和转化率，完成各项销售指标和运营指标。

3. Collect and analyze consumers’demands, improve shopping experience so as to increase pv， uv and conversion rate.
采集并分析用户的需求，改善顾客体验，从而提高店铺的访问量、浏览量和购买转化率。

4. Make and adjust advertising strategy, monitor the competitor, optimize, adjust and analyze the effects and advertising slogan
制定并及时调整广告投放策略、竞争对手监测，对投放效果、关键词及广告语进行优化、调整和分析。

任职资格:

Personal Qualities 个性品质
1. At least 3- year working experience in e-Com marketing, have profound knowledge and insight on e-commerce and payment gateway platforms.
至少3年以上电子商务市场的工作经验, 对主要的电子商务平台（如淘宝、京东、易趣等）和支付平台，有深入的了解和透彻的认识
2. Have actual operation experience on website promotion, well use all promotion and CRM tools and know promotion channels
具有网站推广的实际操作经验，熟练使用各种电商推广工具（如搜索引擎，CRM平台等），了解推广渠道
3. Have good communication skills and ability to analyze and deal with problems
善于沟通，具备良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力
4. Good at English
