岗位职责:

1.Vendor master and customer master maintenance. Work with various departments to gather data that is required when creating or changing vendor or customer master and keep good documentations;
供应商与客户主数据维护。接受申请在SAP中处理有关供应商和客户的创建和更改，并做好文档管理记录。
2.Frames & Lens article maintenance. Work with buyers from the merchandise team to gather data that is required when creating or changing articles and keep good documentations;
镜架及镜片商品数据维护。接受采购部门的申请对镜架和镜片的商品数据的创建和更改进行维护。
3.Discount code and Package maintenance. Work with product and marketing team to create / maintain discount code and retail / promotional packages to ensure stores could apply correct discount to orders;
折扣和优惠信息维护。接受产品和市场部的折扣和优惠方案申请，在相应系统中维护数据确保相应商品及相应门店能准确使用折扣方案。
4.Label maintenance. Process product requests for description and price change for existing products and managing the re-labelling of products in SAP with the Distribution Centres;
标签数据维护。对由商品部提出的商品描述和价格更改申请而产生的对SAP中数据的更改进行操作，并与发货中心联系重新打印标签。
5.Validate the information within the system that will allow articles to be traded and manufactured, cost, shipped properly ;
确保输入系统的数据的准确性和完整性。
6.SAP ECC system updates support. Work with IT SAP team on SAP system update to verify the update won’t affect business process and data could be used properly;
支持SAP ECC系统升级。与IT SAP部门一起对SAP的升级进行测试，保证升级不影响日常运营。
7.Apply / improve master data team procedures and best practices to ensure regional data maintenance procedures are applied appropriately;
按照主数据团队的日常业务流程处理日常业务并寻求改进机会，并确保整个亚太区的数据管理流程最佳。
8.Monitor procedures and brings changes or inconsistencies to manager's attention with a recommendation and information as to why they are changing;
擅于发现流程中的不足并主动向管理者提出改进意见和方案，勇于实施改革。
9.Execute trainings to business users and create training documents;
对新用户进行必要的数据管理的培训以期更好的与主数据团队的合作。
10.Coach junior team members on SAP knowledge and business process;
对资历较浅员工进行业务和SAP知识的指导。
11.Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

任职资格:

Experience:
经验要求
-5~8 years in data processing and / or materials management departments experience on master data management in ERP system (SAP);
-Experience in supply chain or retail industry is preferred

Knowledge and skills:
知识技能要求
-Able to speak English and CET-6 is preferred;
-Good knowledge of SAP article master data, customer and vendor master is a must;
-Good interpersonal and communication skills;
-Logical Thinking, detail oriented and well structured;
