In this position based in Shanghai Xuhui District and reporting to our Senior AP Accountant with a clear focus on supporting the Account Payable function. You are mainly tasked to:
· Receive and gather invoices and payment requests.
· Prepare payments for employee and outside contractor salaries and expenses and prepare related weekly payment lists.
· Communicate with AP accountants on payment approvals and payment processed.
· Prepare bank positions and cash flow forecasts


You bring to this position attention and accuracy for details that you support by:
· College Degree or above in accounting.
· At least one assignment working as a cashier in a multi-site, fast paced and fast growth environment, ideally in a multinational corporation.
· Knowledge of accounting systems and of control methodologies and tools
· Proficiency in English, both oral and written (CET – 6 or above).
