1．PURPOSE目的

Java Software Engineer is responsible for implementing the tasks from project leader, and also participates with requirement documentation. Detail design，coding and unit testing.
Java软件工程师主要负责完成项目组长分配的任务， 并参与需求的文档编写， 详细设计, 开发及单元测试。

4、PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
Java Software Engineer, Healthcare Informatics
（Java 软件工程师， 医疗信息）
The role requiresthe responsibility： Understanding the tasks which assigned from project leader and implemented them as well, also gathering and documenting user requirements, analyzing data and conducting unit and quality assurance testing.
Java软件工程师主要职责：了解项目组长布置的任务并按时完成, 同时也参与用户需求的文档编写、数据分析并编写单元测试用例。
5、MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战

· R&D capability, and need to keep up to date with knowledge of industry technology trends;
· Well understanding the tasks which assigned from Project Leader
· New technologies learning and researching
6、JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历:
Bachelor or above, majored in IT，Bio-medicine Technology or Automatization;
本科及以上学历，信息技术，生物医学技术或自动化专业
b) Technical 技术要求：
1. Sound Knowledge of Java Script (jQuery) and behavior
2. Sound Knowledge of Java language and core features
3. Sound Knowledge of Java IDE Tools (Eclipse, JUnit)
4. Good Project experience of webservers (Apache, Jetty), application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, etc.)
5. Good experience of OpenSource frameworks (JSF/Struts, spring, EJB 3 (JPA), Hibernate, etc.)
6. Good experience of Store Procedure implementations
7. Understand databases (Oracle, DB2 and MSSQL) and how to manage them effectively
8. Certification in various computer skills would be an added plus
c) Experience工作经验:
1. 3+ years java project development with minimum 3 related project experience
