Critical Role and Responsibility:

Assist the Retail Training Manger, he/she is responsible for the retail training in the east China areas:

· Facilitate the setting and updating of the retail service standards

· Define the skills requirements of the retail staff and assess the training needs for O&O and franchised stores.

· Suggest the training approach to address the training and education needs

· Assist to plan the training calendar, organize, conduct and evaluate the training program

· Update and publish the training materials and job aids to support the in store coaching and references

· Manage the Mystery Shopper Program tracking

· Perform field coaching to shop supervisor and retail sales

Requirement:

· Degree holder

· 3-5 years working experience in full spectrum of training with retail / sports brands

· Good training facilitation skills, Analytical and organized

· Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)

· Excellence interpersonal and influencing skills

· Experience in retail operations and mystery shopper program is an advantage

· Willing travel to conduct training
