Key Responsibilities:
Maintain customer database including sales order entry, update delivery status and prepare documents require
Handle RMA order ,and follow up return order process
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and related department to deal with product shortage
Prepare routine reports for internal teams as required
Regular backlog review and overdue backlog clean up
Coordinate with sales, warehouse and related department to identify and solve customer requests and problems
Support and coordinate logistics whenever required to monitor the logistics process to guarantee satisfaction to customers
Answering 800 consumer hotline and deal with related issues in timely manner.
Various other duties as requested by the department manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor degree required and advanced degree.
Above 3 years working experience in related field and retail industry.
Sensitivity data and have strong ability of data analysis skills.
Customer focus, , accountability for result, detail-oriented.
Experience in ERP system, familiar with system 21 would be plus.
Good communication skills.
Good English skills in writing.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Patience, Earnest, Reliable, able to work under pressure.
