A44-Parts Dealer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely answers and solutions to the dealers for all types of parts related enquiries such as ordering, backorders, ETA, Parts Technical, logistics, pricing, claims and returns etc.
- Support the dealers by intensive attention and trouble-shooting using PRMS ticket tool.
- Maintain and improve the MSI performance.
- Coordinating with PAG and the logistic service providers to solve dealer enquiries with high quality and at high efficiency.
- Monitor daily dealer sales orders in Parts ordering system efficiently and provide professional and sufficient support as needed.
- Support dealer's enquiry on special procurement and process the ordering with PAG and follow up on the delivery status.
- Support Dealers on parts ETA enquiries and backorder tracking.
- Coordinate with PAG, Customs Broker, Warehouse and Transportation companies to speed up and smooth the parts delivery process.
- Processing dealer claims and returns for shipment irregularities and tracking on the settlement.
- Evaluate Dealer claims and release approval according to internal guidelines.
- Processing and settling the Core Account for the exchange parts return logistics flow and billing.
- Monitoring the Credit/Debit billing process
- Support and provide training to the dealers on parts ordering system.
- Provide orientations to new dealers and new staff on Parts process and guidelines and knowledge transfer on parts stock management and planning.
- Collecting dealer feedback on PCN's performance, i.e. delivery quality, lead times, supply rates etc.
- Identification of potential improvements in PCN's quality of services and processes
- On-site visit to support Dealer in improving processes and KPI performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive industry preferred
- Minimum 3 years of auto business experience preferred
- Technical background with prefound knowledge on parts preferred
- Creative and active in exploring solutions for problem-solving independantly
- Good team player and can work efficiently under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and good communication skills required
- Good MS office as well as English skills are prerequisite
- Proficient English both in speaking and writing
