Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounting
1) Be responsible for AR Journal Entries including sales, collection, bad debt provision, 3rd parties commission accrual, intercompany transactions, etc. Make sure all the related accounting transactions in accordance with PRC GAAP as well as the internal accounting guidelines and policies.
2) Check invoice issuing which related Units sales, Parts sales, service and Rental are correct and match sales in K3 system with the JINSHUI system.
3) Monitor monthly AR accounting closing, Ensure AR Module totally match with GL Module, and closing result is accurate and effective and reasonable.
2. Collection
1) Be responsible for collection of Dealers and Affiliates section, well control aging-structure to make sure healthy cash inflow.
2) Coordinate other team members and sales team on AR Collection issues with related Department. Highlight the Collection risk to management if any.
3) Monitor company AR collections, of which meet the index set by management.
4) Set the feasible and reasonable collection target every month, support Treasurer with company cash inflow.
3. C- Reports
1) Prepare 3rd Parties Commission Breakdown Report
2) Prepare Sales Commission Report
3) Prepare B/S- AR Reconciliation
4) Prepare Monthly Collection Plan Report
5) Prepare Monthly Sales Analysis for Parts, Rental and Service
6) Other Reports if necessary
4. D-Others
1) Assist to build up the internal procedures
2) Assist AR Credit controller with internal supervision
3) Co-ordinate with internal and external auditing on AR business


Job Specification:

1. Education in full-time college or university, major in Finance or Accounting
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in AR field in foreign-invested enterprises, experience in tax field is preferred
3. Be familiar with AR Related Reporting and Analysis.
4. Familiar with ERP System
5. Proficiency in MS Office, esp. in Excel, Word
6. Good command of English both in verbal and in written
7. Self-starter with strong motivation; “can do” attitude; willing to learn
8. Be able to work independently; can work under pressure
