Purpose of the Job

--Assisting DGM with various administrative tasks across the division and ensure all critical tasks are completed on time;

--Responsible for executive special strategic projects at the divisional level in the area of marketing and business development;

--On-job learning and development to be prepared for taking on managerial position in two years time;

Key Result Areas(Listed in order of importance)

--Successful in execution of strategic projects at the divisional level;

--Ensure that each department to complete their required tasks on time with acceptable quality;

Main Tasks(Listed in order of importance)

--To lead and execute strategic projects at the divisional level in the area of marketing and business development;

--Attend the divisional level meetings to take minutes and learn about the business;

--To arrange travel and meeting agenda for DGM;

--To coordinate and ensure each department to complete their required tasks within specified time frame and good quality;

--Support divisional level marketing activities;

--Organize and facilitate divisional level workshop, staff meetings and other activities;

--To provide administrative support to DGM;

Knowledge And Skills

--Commercially minded and sound presentation skills;

--Attentive to details, well-organized and multi-tasks with good time management;

--Good understanding of market analysis, business development and project management;

--Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus;

--Self-independent and reliable in execution;

--Good analytical and problem solving skills;

--Energetic and positive attitude with innovative mindset;

--Fluent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential;

--Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Basic Requirement

-University or college graduate in Business Administration or relevant MBA degree is preferred;

-At least 4 years of working experience in business related functions;

-Fluent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;

-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
