职位描述
Qualification Required :
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting/finance
Good Chinese/English communication capability.
Qualified accountant i.e. CPA, ACCA or CMA is preferred.
Knowledge of ERP system is preferred.
Experience Expected :
Above 6 years working experience, with minimum of 3 years experience in a Big Four audit firm and 3 years experience in a commercial environment preferably in automobile business.
Job Duties :
Assist FM to supervise the work of finance team(Both LCH SR and SH4S). Review daily financial transactions and monitor relevant procedures. Carry out month end closing.
Assist FM to monitor internal control procedures.
Prepare relevant monthly financial/tax reports. Assist FM to follow up actions in meeting minutes.
Assist FM to prepare/review management report, quarterly consolidation package and annual audit file. Summarize issue list for FM review. Prepare cashflow forecast, company budget/forecast.
Assist FM to handle annual external aduit. Assis FM to communicate with appointed audit firm. Add HOC project assigned by FM.
