Qualification Required :

At least 2 years of working experience as a Service Manager or in a similar position
? Minimum college degree; university degree in relevant field of study preferred
? Be a representative (“ambassador”) of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other
aspects
? Experience in the automotive After Sales Business is preferred
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus

Job Duties :

. Carry out market analysis by using different sources to generate new customers
· Develop and maintain accurate and consistent customer database through an appropriate
customer/prospect follow-up process
· Monitor daily business and provide regular reporting and activity plans to PC management
· Develop and implement Service Marketing tools and customer retention programs to explore
new ways of business
· Close communication and collaboration with other departments in the PC for all related service
activities
· Handling of all processes related to service customers
