职位描述
? Plan, organise, drive and implement CSR initiatives in the Group. Assist the Group’s CSR committee in reviewing Group’s CSR objectives, long-term direction and action plans.
? Identify new CSR partners, including but not limited to non-profit organisations, in line with Group’s direction and CSR framework; maintain relationships with existing CSR partners.
? Source, plan and coordinate with internal and external parties to organise CSR activities and public charity activities. Provide logistic support, handle promotion and related administration work.
? Plan and execute initiatives, using various communications channels, to raise public and staff awareness of Group’s CSR objectives. Promote and market CSR activities to convey information and attract staff participation.
? Track CSR-related metrics and results; work with other internal departments to prepare and review annual CSR report. Conduct market research on CSR trends and development as requested.
? Work with Group HR & Administration to identify, plan and coordinate staff well-being activities, including but not limited to seminars and sourcing for merchandise discounts where applicable.
? Coordinate and participate in Jebsen Volunteers work.
