Responsibilyty
- Increasing sales force of Broadcast & Cinematic Solutions Department in Central China.
- Handle daily business operation work of SH team
- Member of Department Management team for departmental strategy and operation planning and execution.
- Maintain Central China sales team to hit annual sales target.
- Setting up business plan to extend to sales coverage.
- Support sales engineer to handle business and explore new business opportunity by implement CCV.
- Distribution channel development and management skill and experience.
- Responsible for Central China sales target and customers maintain.
- Coaching SH sales team to implement CCV sales methodology in approaching clients.
- Managing sales target YTD perfermance, sales forecast and pipeline review.
- Checking sales contract and details before summit to DM for approval of SH.
- Daily business operation and plan.
- National distribution channel development and management and strategy setting.

Rrequest
1) 5 yrs above sales experience of Cinematic equipments or professional photo equipments (camera and lighting), including 3 yrs sales manager experience.
2) Good communication and management skill.
3) Experience in Business forecast and pipeline management.
4) Experience in Business plan and project forecast.
5) Experience in Distribution channel management.
6) Good English Ability in reading, writing & speaking.
7) College graduated or above.
8) Basic/advance computer operating.
