Summary:

Responsible for the management of BI system, and incentive calculation.

Use the date from BI system to do performance management and business analysis.

Make Dashboard training for the Sales managers, help them to use dashboards review the business and improve its business review capabilities.







Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.



Depending on focus of role (Shared Service) incumbent may have the following responsibilities:

1. Make the monthly report and use the auto-mail to send the data to the sales.



2. Management the Sales Target, to make sure the incentive data right .



3. Responsible for the MDM system, unified management representatives of each system information, customer standard name, to avoid confusion of data



4. Responsible for answering the doubts and complaints about the incentive from sales.



5. Responsible for the special case of incentive, make the appropriate coordination about it.



6. Responsible for the SEP blog, and collection the successful case from sales, use the blog to do the cultural construction of Baxter's sales



7. Update sales incentive name list for new hires, termination, job change and leave information according to organization chart and HR information.



8. To prepare the quarterly sales incentive calculation template including KPI and calculation formula according to latest annual sales incentive plan.



9. Sales incentive calculation after receiving sales incentive data, and do related achievement analysis according to KPI performance.



10. Send to BU head approve sales incentive data, then send to HROPS payroll team to payout after approval.





Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.



1. Basic knowledge of statistics and accounting and skilled application of Excel.



2. To able to work independently and under pressure.

Education and/or Experience:

Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

Requires a bachelor degree, at least 2 - 3 years of data analysis in a multinational company.
