POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the operation process meets customers' requirements including supply assurance and cold chain assurance.
• Ensure the operation process is operated in compliance with company's international standards.
• Monitor the operation process to achieve distribution efficiency measurements (DEM).
• Ensure all the equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Seek continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security at work.
• Assist to plan and approve operational revenues and expenses
• Assist to prepare strategic plan and annual operational budget.
• Staff Training and Development.
• Assist to build the operation team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Be responsible for daily transportation and warehouse activities to ensure delivering the products to customers effectively.
• Participate in controlling operations quality and cost efficiently to achieve targets.
• Provide innovation scheme to ensure team compliance of all procedures and seek continuous process improvements.
• Assist to build, manage and develop the team through coaching, motivation and leadership.

Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.
