Responsibilities:
1. Work closely w/ Trafigura IT staff to understand/agree the deliverable, project scope/schedule
2. Work closely w/ Trafigura IT staff to design software to satisfy business requirements, breaking into simple elements and implementing using programming languages
3. Clarifying precisely what actions any software solution is intended to perform, using appropriate methods of elaboration and documentation
4. Developing the software utilizing proven technology based on the agreed approaches.
5. Testing software to ensure that business requirements are met and that the software works as intended

Essential skills
1. Demonstrated experience on C# w/preferably with 3-6 years of experience
2. Strong SQL database experience, preferably on Oracle PL/SQL, at least 2 years of working experience
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical business people
4. Good written English language skills
5. Strong time management skill and ability to work to deadlines
6. Ability to work effectively independently & within a team
7. Strong discipline on versioning and source code control

Desirable skills
1. Experience on VBA & Access a plus
2. User interface design experience
3. Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and continuous integration techniques
4. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, other)
5. Experience of working in financial industry, such as an investment bank
