Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Goods Transporatation Management
1.1 Ensure smooth goods outbound delivery monthly align with cmpany business plan
1.2 Seek a continous optimization of goods transportation
1.2.1 Multi-transportation mode solutions to meet various customer needs
1.2.2 Stick to cost control principal to verify multi delivery quotations
1.3 Emergency & customer complains handling

2. Import & Export Management
2.1 Supervise all import & export operation activites including international tranporataions, customs clerance & inland transporations
2.2 Make all legal procedure application and coordinating
2.3 Organize and follow up Customs declaration
2.4 Verify and choose effetive forwarders to execut international shippments

3. Vedors ( 3PL ) Management
3.1 3PL SOP design
3.2 3PL KPI setting and reviewing

4. Logistics Cost Verification
4.1 Make good judgement and comparison of quotations from logistics suppliers
4.2 Collecting and verifying logistic cost monthly
4.3 Logistics cost tracking and control in lign with company budget

5. General Reporting
5.1 Month end logistics cost accrural estimation
5.2 Monthly logistics analysis report
5.3 Othes

6. People Management

Required Skills and Abilities
* University degree or above
* Good knowledge of international trade and China Customs regulations
* Good analytical skills and problem solving abilities
* Self-started with demostrated leadership and management skills
* Well developed oral and written communication skills.
* Fleunt English both in oral and written
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* 3PL working experience is prefered
