1.30岁以下，大专以上学历，有回访经验或对客服务经验者优先。
2.普通话标准，口齿清楚，声音有亲和力，具有良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力。
3.有较强的应变能力、协调能力和学习能力。能独立跟进、处理客户反映的问题或轻微投诉。
4.工作积极主动，有良好的服务意识，耐心和责任心，思路清晰，会进行自我心理调节。
5.电脑操作熟练，能使用办公软件处理文档。"

1.通过电话对客户进行客户满意度回访调查。
2.定期上交在回访中收集客户提出的相关意见和建议。
3.对电话回访中客户提出的疑问或不满进行适当解释安抚或处理。
4.更新回访数据。"
