Key Responsibility:

1、Be responsible for RCA On-line sales activities;
2、Able to analyze the data based on performance and products, and provide insights for sales manager and promotion sales online.
3、Promote company website exposure by using various Internet resources, including search engine, email, advertising alliance, etc.
4、Work with media agency, track promotion results, and set up evaluation system to improve vendor’s performance.
5、To increase web hits and registration volume via internet advertising, news marketing, advertorial, SNS etc., Constantly integrate resources to raise public attention.
6、Develop periodical/seasonal interactive marketing programs against E-commerce features, and accomplish promotion target accordingly.
7、Get to know customer needs and focus on user experience, be able to finish various reports, e.g. Web hits report, customer deal report, promotion campaign and tracking report, and analyze relevant data to optimize marketing promotion strategy.

Required Experience & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management.
· 3-5 years related experience in executing online B2C marketing strategies preferably in the travel and leisure sector or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Expert knowledge of Google Ad Words, Microsoft Ad Center, Social media and Google Analytics.
· Familiar with ecommerce promotion mechanism, such as SEM, EDM, SNS, BBS, SMS and familiar with E-commerce business model.
· Has resourceful network in media and E-commerce field. Be able to use various media portfolios to promote RCA website.
· Proactive, responsible, good at communication& team management, strong organizer & coordinator with market insight.
· Insurance E-commerce project management experience preferred.
· Excellent English in both written and oral.
