Work Content

1. 访问。对客户进行富有成效的拜访和观察。
2. 细分客户。确立目标市场和潜在客户,建立客户档案。
3. 客户关系管理。保持与客户的联系和调动客户的资源。
4. 客户分析与评价。对客户进行各方面的分析和评价。
5. 沟通。利用有效的沟通手段和沟通策略,以保持与客户的关系。

2. Client segmentation. Set up target market and potential client and set up client file.
3. Client relationship management. Keep the relationship with clients and mobilize client resource.
4. Client analysis and evaluation. Make analysis and evaluation all of aspects of clients.
5. Communication. Keep the relationship with client in effective methods and strategies.

Job Requirement:


1. 品的素质。应具有较强的责任心和事业心,严守公司与客户的秘密。
2. 营销技能。能够对市场细分、市场定位、营销手段等方面进行综合运用。
3. 知识全面。对金融、营销、法律等知识有较深的了解,熟悉公司各方面业务。
4. 分析能力。能了解自己工作范围的各方面情况,能够对客户进行综合分析,对客户需求有较强的预见力。
5. 筹划能力。工作目标明确实际,计划方案切实可行,预算安排精确有效,工作日程井然有序。
6. 协调能力。善于表达自己的观点和看法,与公司管理层和业务层保持良好的工作关系,团队协作精神强。

2. Sales skills. Combined application of market segmentation, marketing position and marketing methods.
3. Knowledge. Familiar with finance, marketing, and law and familiar with company business.
4. Analysis. Can analyze clients and foresees clients need according to analyze work situation.
5. Planning. Clear work target, feasible planning, right budget and well-regulated work schedule.
6. Coordination. Good at expressing our views and keep good relationship with management and business. Good team work.

Main Responsibility:

1. 联系客户:客户有产品需求只需找客户经理,客户经理应积极主动并经常地与客户保持联系,发现客户的需求,引导客户的需求,并及时给予满足,为客户提供“一站式”服务。
2. 开发客户:对现有的客户,客户经理与之保持经常的联系,而对潜在客户,客户经理要积极地去开发。
3. 营销产品:根据公司的经营原则、经营计划和对客户经理的工作要求,对市场进行深入研究,并提出自己的营销方向、工作目标和作业计划;在与客户的交往中,要积极准备推销公司产品。另外还要善于发现客户的业务需求,有针对性地向客户主动建议和推荐适用的产品。对客户的新需求,要及时向有关部门报告。
4. 内部协调工作:
(1) 前台业务与二线业务部门之间的协调
(2) 各部门之间的协调
(3) 上下级之间的协调
(4) 经营资源分配协调

1. Contact client. Clients just need to ask Account Manager in case of their need; and Account Manager should keep close relationship with clients and find their needs, lead client’s needs and provide services.
2. Develop client. Keep close relationship with existing clients and develop potential clients.
3. Marketing the products. Study market and provide marketing direction, work target and work plan according to company business plan and requirement of position. Outsell products association with clients. Good at finding new needs of clients and suggesting client suitable products and report related department.
4. internal coordination
1) Coordinate with foreground business second line business
2) Coordinate with different departments
3) Coordinate with higher level and lower level

Key Work:

负责处理好客户的维护等营销活动,把握市场动态,及时向上级反映本片区销售状况。
