岗位职责：

1、负责或协助共同负责无菌灌装体系的硬件设施及软件体系的建设， 包括规划设计、设备选型及采购、施工、安全调试、FAT/SAT测试等工作；

2、负责车间生产全过程管理和质量控制，对车间工作任务的完成及产品质量负责，保证生产全过程质量符合GMP要求；

3、负责或协助共同负责制剂车间的GMP认证及管理工作；解决生产过程中遇到的技术问题；

4、负责车间团队的组建、培训；完成上级分配的其他或临时性工作；

任职要求：
1、熟悉水针生产流程、设备及生产管理，较强的组织沟通能力和团队协作精神。

2、五年以上水针生产及管理经验。熟悉无菌制剂的工艺技术要求，对液体制剂的设备设施和生产工艺熟悉，并能解决相关的生产技术问题。熟悉掌握GMP的要求，并能按GMP的要求展开工作；

3、有建厂或制剂车间建设经验者优先考虑。
