PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Overall
？ Manages and coordinates the SSC activities according to the general corporate strategy
？ Ensures that the overall operation supports the company mission and values statements
？ Ensures positive reputation of the SSC and increases awareness in the industry
Partnership

？ Develops and maintains relationships with all key stakeholders to understand business needs
？ Maintains high standards of customer care (including stakeholders, Distributors, Business Partners)
？ Champions the company culture and fosters a positive team environment
Process
？ Ensures consistent delivery of services which exceed business partner expectations
？ Effectively manages risk within SSC, collaborates with process owners to manage global risk
？ Actively communicates and manages change within SSC and across business partners
People
？ Provides direction and role model leadership for the SSC
？ Fosters environment which drives employee retention and performance
？ Drives succession planning to maintain strong talent pipeline
？ Selects, develops and coaches direct reports
Cost / Efficiency
？ Oversees the Management team in the efficient and cost-effective delivery of services
？ Cautiously expands services provided based on business needs

and EPC maturity
？ Collaborates with other regional SSC leadership for increasing global alignment
？ Develop integrated marketing programs to support area markets
？ Manage and train the subordinates and provide the guidance for them.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
？ Bachelor’s degree majoring in finance or accounting, MBA or CPA is preferred
？ 15+year of related accounting / finance experience required, including 10+ year in managal positions
？ Fluent in written and oral English
？ Excellent interpersonal skills
？ Strong in communication: engaging, diplomatic, politically savvy
？ High aptitude for / orientation toward customer service
？ Effective and influential with business partners
？ Collaborative, team style
？ Problem solver, developing appropriate steps and plans to resolve issues
？ Visionary and engaging leader
