职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
(a). Implement and run all Skin Care related training to the stores
(b). Teach Area Trainers and Beauty Advisors varying levels of Skin Care products knowledge, service standard and selling behaviors to enable them to consistently achieve and exceed sales & service goals
(c). Function as a resource and leader providing product and sales expertise to establish and reinforce company authority
(d). Strategize with Training Department to develop, execute and review action plans
(e). Represent the company in image, passion and productivity.
(f). Conduct store visits regularly to review programs and goals, assess Area Trainers product knowledge, selling environment, address areas of challenge, and brainstorm on areas for development.
(g). Assist on implementation of national events & programs following the guidelines developed by company.
i. SU Basic Training
(1) Capable to deliver all kinds of Skin Care training for Beauty Advisors
(2) Develop, design and update SU different level of Skin Care training contents
(3) Combine Sephora “WE CARE! More” spirit and standards with Skin Care training
(4) Evaluate training performance and record result
ii. Exclusive Brands & Sephora Brand
(1) Update Sephora Brand training materials and deliver relevant training
(2) Liaise closely with Exclusive Brands to deliver relevant training and update material
(3) Customized training materials base on Sephora “We Care! MORE” customer service & selling technique
(4) Develop and update product data base; compare and contrast product across the board
iii. Retail Support
(1) Provide on-site coaching for Area Trainers and Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and selling skills
(2) Create and implement variety of training materials (Animation support, Beauty Class, Games etc.) to support retail activity
(3) Support internal and external marketing events
iv. E-learning platform
(1) Design E-learning training program with Sephora Brand & exclusive brands
(2) Monitor E-learning & E-testing progress and result, take necessary actions for improvement
(3) Update training contents in E-learning system
Qualifications:
(a). 3 years Skin Care retail experience and 1 year training experience is essential.
(b). Solid Skin Care knowledge/sales skills, strong passion for industry.
(c). Excellent presentation and training skill
(d). Excellent communication skills
(e). Good logic thinking, excellent writing and editing skills
(f). Be Honest, mature, initiative and innovative.
(g). Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
