Title: BD & Operation Manager, Global Brands
Report to: Global Business Director
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development
-Responsible for opening new stores including selecting potential locations and carrying out the whole process of development, negotiation and implementation with landlords and properties, which is aligned with company's yearly opening targets for global brands.
-Accomplish store lease renewal or store closure according to the result of store assessments, keep lease updated and manage timely.
-Maintain a close awareness about exisiting and potential real estate opportunities and new cities by timely market research and analysis. Maintain good relationship with landlords and real estate properties.
-Coordinate with finance & legal departments to draft and confirm all terms in leasing agreements, ensuring budget, Capex, renovation are achievable under brand developing strategies.
Operation
-Monitor sales activities and other operation performance data to measure and control productivity and goal achievement.
-Achieving sales goals by managing and training regional sales managers/store managers, setting certain sales strategies.
-Provide regualr reports based on store opening and store operation.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-5 years or more related experiences in retail industry for international brand(s)
-Rich commercial real estate or luxury customer resources in person, personal acknowledgeable highlight achievements.
-Understand company culture, policies and rules, awareness of professional business ethics and behavior.
-Language skills: proficiency in Mandarin and English, acquaintance of Korean is not conditional.
-Good interpersonal skills and solid computer skills.
