Job Purpose
工作目的
The Marketing & Public Relations Coordinater is responsible for supporting and facilitating the brand’s communication efforts. Brand communication channels include press kits, editorial Marketing/PR, trade shows, retail and press events.
营销和公关协调员负责支持和帮助品牌传播工作。品牌传播渠道包括新闻媒体、编辑营销/公关、展会，零售促销活动以及新闻发布会活动。

Responsibilities
工作职责
? Assists with the preparation and execution of consumer, trade and press events on a per-project basis: negotiates contracts with vendors, caterers, photographers, etc.
? 以项目为基础，协助准备和完成消费产品推广活动、交易会和新闻发布活动，与供应商、餐饮服务商和摄影师等协商合同内容
? Assists with coordination of all trade show details including booth set up, furniture, catering, product shipments, etc.
? 协助处理所有与交易会有关的事宜，包括展台搭建、展具配置，餐饮服务、产品运输等等；
? Works with printing vendors to coordinate production of collateral material including training manuals, invitations, mailers, price list, etc.
? 与印刷公司合作，协调各种宣传材料的印制工作，包括培训手册、邀请函、邮寄广告印刷品、报价表等等
? Coordinate with co-marketing partners
? 协调与联合营销合作伙伴之间的关系；
? Coordinates and distributes event books, invitations and other mailings
? 协助派发活动宣传册、邀请函和其它邮件
? Works with the Marketing team to utilize website and social networking for relevant news feeds from the company and industry
? 与营销团队一起合作，利用网络和社交媒体，获得与公司和行业有关的新闻反馈；
? Creates product of brand presentations for prospective or existing accounts
? 为潜在客户或现有客户进行产品品牌演示；
? Any job assigned by Marketing Manager and CEO.

? Participates in PR activities related to press relations including updating media lists and conducting mailings.
? 参与和媒体关系有关的公关活动，包括更新媒体列表和开展邮件营销；
? Manage Demo Marketing Machines with Sales Teams and marketing team and service.
? 与销售团队、营销团队和服务团队一起管理好服务模拟演示机器；
? Monitors press coverage including collecting and organizing press clips, maintaining press and editorial records.
