1.本科以上学历，2年以上J2EE开发经验。
2.熟悉Spring、Hibernate、Freemarker等主流开源框架和技术
3.熟悉至少一种主流数据库（ORACLE、MySQL等）
4.熟悉至少一种主流J2EE应用服务器（Tomcat、WebLogic、WebSphere、JBoss）
5.熟悉Ajax，jquery，Javascript，CSS，HTML，XML技术，熟悉Div+CSS WEB布局
6.具良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、能承受工作压力
7.有Apache Ofbiz开源框架定制化开发实践经验，熟悉搜索方面的开发、精通lucene等开源框架、静态页面生成技术 (优先考虑)
