Key Responsibility:
1. Cooperate with the Learning Team on building the training record file with the company’s training plan;
2. Prepare all training report based on requirement;
3. Be in charge of training logistic arrangement;
4. Support Learning Team on coordinating with IT department & Global ( if necessary ) on E-learning system ;
5. Support Training Manger on editing / translating training materials ;
6. Other relevant tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Experience in multinational Company as a assistant internship;
2. Experience on organizing professional meetings;
3. Experience on cross function coordination;
4. English CET6 or above;
5. Good ppt, word and excel skills;
6. Be able to have biz trip.
