Job Responsible:

• Overall responsible for all regular accounting activities at legal entity level
• Key user role for accounting systems
• Monthly monitor Cost Center, Profit Center, and other key system data updates to ensure system data quality.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare financial reporting package
• Responsible for developing the analysis report to ensure accounting data and reporting quality
• Prepare monthly cost centre report and follow up with respective cost centre owners for the analysis and provisions required.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors on the required information for the assigned responsibilities
• Process and procedure documentation

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance area with 5+ years accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to forge relationships with key contacts both internally and externally.
• Logical approach to work and attention to detail is necessary whilst accuracy and honesty are paramount.
• Self motivated in order to reach specific timescales and deadlines.
• Good team player - working within an interactive team.
• Experience in accounting packages.
• Excel & Word Skills
• Communication Skills.
• Retail chain experience is preferred.
